  • Each 5 ml contains Methylcobalamin 500 mcg + Zinc Gluconate 35.7 mg equivalent to elemental Zinc 5 mg + Cholecalciferol 200 IU + Folic Acid 140 mcg + Niacinamide15 mg + Biotin 20 mcg + Lysine 150 mg per 5ml.
  • In peripheral neuropathy
  • Methylcobalamin is a form of Vitamin B12 essential for growth, cell reproduction, hematopoiesis, and nucleoprotein and myelin synthesis with profound neurological effect. Mecobalamin is converted to a cofactor which is essential for the conversion of methylmalonate to succinate and synthesis of methionine from homocysteine. Folic acid is rapidly reduced and methylated to form tetrahydrofolic acid derivatives which are rapidly transported to the tissues. Nicotinamide (vitamin B3) is a weak PARP inhibitor, antioxidant and calcium modulator and can improve energy status and inhibit cell death in ischemic tissues. Biotin is necessary for the proper functioning of enzymes that transport carboxyl units and fix carbon dioxide, and is required for various metabolic functions, including gluconeogenesis, lipogenesis, fatty acid biosynthesis, propionate metabolism, and catabolism of branched-chain amino acids. Cholecalciferol (vitamin D) is neurotrophic, and regulates neuronal growth and differentiation.
  • One tablet once a day
  • In patients with hypersensitivity to active ingredient or any other excipient of the formulation. safety and efficacy has not been established
  • There are no adequate and well-controlled studies in these populations.
  • Absorption of vitamin B12 from the gastrointestinal tract may be reduced by neomycin, amino salicylic acid, histamine H2-antagonists, omeprazole, and colchicine. Serum concentrations may be decreased by use of oral contraceptives. Administering, folic acid with fosphenytoin, phenytoin or primidone might decrease drug's concentration Absorption of folic acid may be reduced by sulfasalazine.
