• Composition :
  Olopatadine + Ketorolac
• Indications :
  For the treatment of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis in adults only.
• Pharmacodynamics :
  Olopatadine is a mast cell stabilizer and a histamine H1 receptor antagonist. It decreases chemotaxis and inhibition of eosinophil activation.Ketorolac tromethamine is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug which, when administered systemically, has demonstrated analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic activity. The mechanism of its action is thought to be due to its ability to inhibit prostaglandin biosynthesis. In eye it is mainly used for its anti-inflammatory property.
• Dosage and administration :
  Instill one drop twice daily
• Precautions and warnings :
  For ophthalmic use only. Caution should be exercised in case of delayed healing, cross-sensitivity or hypersensitivity, increased bleeding time due to interference with thrombocyte aggregation and corneal effects including keratitis
• Use in pregnancy, lactation & pediatrics :
  There are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women. It is not known whether the drugs are excreted in human milk. Caution should be exercised when administered to nursing women. Safety and efficacy has not been evaluated in paediatric patients.
• Drug interactions :
  Not known.
• Adverse reactions :
  blurred vision, perficial punctate keratitis, dry eye, stinging,irritation and dysgeusia.
