  Collagen blend (Type I, II, V, X) is a complex structural protein that provides strength and flexibility to connective tissues.Chondroitin sulphate is a major component of articular cartilage. This stimulates the synthesis of proteoglycans, decrease in catabolic activity of chondrocytes by inhibiting the synthesis of proteolytic enzymes and other factors thus, prevent damage of cartilage matrix. It also exerts anti-inflammatory activity. Hyaluronic acid and itssalt is present in every connective tissue and organ with highest concentration in synovial fluid. HA supplement causes intra-articular lubrication, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and chondroprotective effects.Vitamin C or ascorbic acid antioxidant property destroys free radicals. It stimulates collagen and proteoglycan production and prevent cartilage breakdown.
