Dolowin Forte Tablets (Aceclofenac + Paracetamol + Serratiopeptidase)

  • Each tablet contains Aceclofenac 100mg + Paracetamol 325mg + Serratiopeptidase 15mg
  • Relieve pain and swelling in various conditions like muscle pain, joint pain, soft tissue injury and postoperative pain.
  • Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal agent with marked anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. The mode of action of aceclofenac is largely based on the inhibition to prostaglandin synthesis. Aceclofenac is a potent inhibitor of the enzyme, COX, which is involved in the production of prostaglandins. Paracetamol is an aniline derivative with analgesic and antipyretic actions similar to those of aspirin, but with no demonstrable anti-inflammatory activity. Serratiopeptidase binds to alpha-2-macroglobulin in the blood in the ratio of 1:1, which helps to mask its antigenicity, but retain its enzymatic activity. Levels of serratiopeptidase are slowly transferred to the exudate at the site of inflammation and gradually, the blood level declines. Serratiopeptidase is a potential anti-inflammatory agent. It decreases the amount of fluid in the tissues, thins the fluids and facilitates the drainage of fluid, thereby reduces swelling
