Onetone cream (4-n-butyl resorcinol)

• Composition :
  It consists of 0.3% 4-n-butyl resorcinol
• Indications :
  For management of melasma
• Pharmacodynamics :
  Tyrosinase plays key role in melanogenesis. 4-n-butylresorcinol inhibits melanin production as well as the activity of both tyrosinase and tyrosinase-related protein-1
• Dosage and administration :
  Twice daily application of 4-n-butylresorcinol 0.3% cream for 8 weeks over the areas of melasma.
• Contraindications :
  Hypersensitivity to active ingredients or any other excipients in the composition.
• Precautions and warnings :
  For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.
• Use in pregnancy, lactation & pediatrics :
  Safety and efficacy has not been established in these population.
• Drug interactions :
  None known
