Calamine is an anti-pruritic. Calamine has a cooling and soothing effect on the skin for symptomatic relief of the itching. It also contains the active ingredient zinc oxide, which has antiseptic properties and helps prevent infection from scratching. Aloe Vera Gel is used as an emollient, hydrate, replenish and condition skin. It is an intensely nourishing and protecting non-greasy cream moisturiser. Light liquid paraffin soothens, moisturises skin, and reduces loss of moisture from skin. Pramoxine reversibly binds and inhibits voltage gated sodium channels on neurons decreasing sodium permeability into the cell. This stabilizes the membrane and prevents ionic fluctuations. Menthol primarily activates the cold-sensitive Transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily M member 8 (TRPM8) receptors in the skin. Curcumin acts as a scavenger of oxygen species, such as hydroxyl radical, superoxide anion, and singlet oxygen and inhibit lipid peroxidation as well as peroxide-induced DNA damage. Glycerin exerts a hygroscopic and/or local irritant action, drawing water from the tissues into the feces and reflexively stimulating evacuation.
For Topical /cutaneous use. Lotion to be applied gently on the affected area of the skin.
Hypersensitivity to any of its components or any other excipients of the formulation.
Skin irritation may occur, Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. Not to be applied to abraded, blistered, inflamed, raw or oozing areas of the skin, not to be used on open wounds and burns.
Safety is not established in pregnancy and lactation. Safety and effectiveness in pediatric patients have not been established.

Lotion is well-tolerated except for occasional dryness following and excessive use. Occasional hypersensitivity reactions such as itchiness in sensitive individuals may occur.
