Nitragel Gel (Potassium Nitrate +Sodium Monofluorophosphate )

• Composition :
  Potassium Nitrate BP 5.0% w/w + Sodium Monofluorophosphate USP 0.625%w/w flavoured base q.s. gel.
• Indications :
  Protection & prevention from painful tooth sensitivity, dental caries and gum diseases.
• Pharmacodynamics :
  Potassium Nitrate protects against painful dental sensitivity. Sodium Monofluorophosphate helps in prevention of dental cavities (caries).
• Dosage and administration :
  Adults and children 12 years of age and older: brush teeth thoroughly for at least one minute, preferable after each meal or at least twice a day (morning and evening) or as recommended by a dentist or physician.
• Contraindications :
  Any known to be hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the product.
• Precautions and warnings :
  If pain/sensitivity still persists after 4 weeks of use, stop use. Sensitive teeth may indicate a serious problem that may need prompt care by a dentist.
• Use in pregnancy, lactation & pediatrics :
  There are no adequate and well-controlled studies in human pregnancy, lactation and infants.
• Drug interactions :
  No drug interaction has been reported.
• Adverse reactions :
  Mouth/gum irritation may rarely occur.
