For generalized anxiety disorder associated with depression.
Etizolam is a CNS depressant with anxiolytic, anticonvulsant, sedative-hypnotic and muscle relaxant effects. It acts on the benzodiazepine site of the GABA-A receptor as an agonist to increase inhibitory GABAergic transmission throughout the central nervous system.
The recommended dose is 0.25- 0.5 mg times twice daily. Maximum daily dosage: 3mg.
The use of this product is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
Caution should be exercised in patients with history of lung insufficiency, muscle weakness, impaired liver or kidney function, alcoholism or drug addiction.
There are no adequate and well-controlled studies in human pregnancy, lactation and children. Not rrecomended in pregnancy, lactation and in children
The risk or severity of adverse effects can be increased when 7-Nitroindazole is combined with Etizolam. The metabolism of Etizolam can be decreased when combined with Abiraterone.
The major side effects are drowsiness, muscle weakness, incoordination, headache, confusion, depression, slurred speech and visual disturbances.
