Micro Leadership Academy






The Mission of Micro Leadership Academy is to act as an organized forum encompassing systems & processes which help Micro in Identifying internal talent across different segments & subsequently groom them to leadership positions within their sphere with an ongoing support in form of customized & continuous educational module.

The deliverables from the academy would be to develop Career Progression Programs (CPP) for all key positions and thus create a Talent Pool for grooming identified teammates for the desired positions with regular Classroom and "On the job Training" inputs.
